Get ready, Our BPS Partner Will Come Into Your Home

October-November 2017 will be the time to enumerate the Survey of Completion of Farmers 2017 (SPDT-NTP2017) Farmers Cross Rate Diagram in almost all corners of the country. All partners and employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) are involved in this activity. This activity is to renew weighted values ​​on consumption and production of farm households. In the end this NTP figure can be a benchmark of the welfare and purchasing power of nearly 40 million smallholder farmers' land across Indonesia (Agricultural Census Result 2013).
For the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands held a training center in two different places at the end of September. For the concentration of Bangka Island at Puncak Pangkal Pinang Hotel and Belitung Island at Bahamas Hotel, Belitung City. District BPS Belitung Timur lowered Syahroni, Gusron, Clara, and Royhan as field supervisors along with 12 BPS partners including Sukirno, Buana, Yovita, Mirna, etc. They will come to the houses listed as farm households from the 2013 Agricultural Census. Households will be classified to several subsectors such as food crops, horticulture, plantations, capture fisheries, etc. Due to the nature of the activity is a survey, not all farm households will be visited, only a few household samples have been submitted directly from Central BPS in Jakarta.

"The hope is that residents in East Belitung can be welcome to BPS partners who come to the house and provide data in accordance with the actual situation" said Syahroni as the coordinator of the surveillance survey for East Belitung region. For East Belitung region alone there will be around 446 households that will be recorded in this survey activity.
