Abstract

The number of guests staying at star hotels in Bangka Belitung Islands Province in January 2023 was recorded at 34,486 people. This number decreased by 27.60 per cent compared to the number of guests in the previous month, namely 47,632 people. In this case, the number of domestic guests and foreign guests decreased by 27.77 percent and 4.39 percent respectively.
  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in January 2023 reached 26.55 percent, down 10.44 points compared to the December 2022 TPK which was recorded at 36.99 percent.
  • The highest TPK of star hotels by district / city in January 2023 was in Central Bangka Regency at 32.49 percent and the lowest was Bangka Regency with a room occupancy rate of 14.90 percent.
  • In January 2023, the average length of stay of all guests in star hotels was 1.51 days, a decrease of 0.30 days compared to the previous month.
