Refreshing Consumer Price Survey Officer

Last Friday (15/02/2021), BPS-Statistics of Belitung Timur Regency has just refreshed the enumerators and supervisors of the Consumer Price Survey in calculating Manggar City's independent inflation in 2021, the activity took place in the BPS-Statistics of Belitung Timur Regency meeting room which was officially opened by the Head of BPS-Statistics of Belitung Timur Regency with lecturers from the Distribution Statistics Function Coordinator.

Refreshing officers are carried out to review and review the technicalities of data collection activities and evaluate the implementation of activities in 2020 so that the implementation will be better to achieve the final goal of improving data quality.

The Consumer Price Survey was carried out by recording price changes for 271 commodities divided into 11 commodity groups scattered in Manggar City to be monitored weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.

The final output of this activity is the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which is one of the economic indicators used to measure the rate of price change (inflation / inflation) at the consumer level.
