Abstract

Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province Economy in 2023 as measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices (ADHB) reached IDR 102.64 trillion and GRDP at constant prices (ADHK) in 2010 reached IDR 60.34 trillion. Meanwhile, the GRDP per Capita of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in 2023 will reach IDR 67.89 million.
Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province economy in 2023 grew by 4.38 percent, slowing down compared to 2022 which grew by 4.40 percent. From the production side, the biggest source of growth comes from the construction business field. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the largest source of growth came from the Household Consumption Expenditure component.
Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province economy in quarter IV-2023 when compared to quarter IV-2022 (y-on-y) grew by 4.00 percent. In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved by the Electricity and Gas Procurement business field which grew by 21.63 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the highest growth was achieved by the LNPRT Consumption Expenditure component which grew by 12.16 percent.
Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province economy in the fourth quarter of 2023 compared to the previous quarter (q-to-q) grew by 2.65 percent. In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved by the Other Services business field which grew by 13.09 percent. In terms of expenditure, the highest growth was achieved by the Government Consumption Expenditure component which grew by 32.10 percent.
Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province economy in the fourth quarter of 2023 grew y-on-y by 4.59 percent, slowing down compared to the achievement in the fourth quarter of 2022 which grew by 4.98 percent. The total ADHB GRDP of Sumatra Island in the fourth quarter of 2023 reached IDR 1,162.54 trillion or around 22.06 percent of the total GRDP of 34 provinces in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the total ADHK GDP of Sumatra Island in the fourth quarter of 2023 reached IDR 665.21 trillion. The GRDP of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in the fourth quarter of 2023 contributed 2.27 percent to the GRDP of Sumatra Island and 0.50 percent to the total GRDP of 34 provinces in Indonesia.
