Abstract

The number of guests staying at star hotels in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in March 2024 was recorded at 31,830 people. This number decreased by 9.30 percent compared to the number of guests the previous month which amounted to 33,095 people. The number of domestic guests recorded a decrease (m-to-m) of 9.41 percent and the number of foreign guests recorded a decrease (m-to-m) of 1.62 percent.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in March 2024 reached 22.88 percent; down 2.75 points compared to the February 2024 TPK which was recorded at 25.63 percent.
The highest TPK of star hotels by district / city in March 2024 was in Pangkal Pinang at 30.99 percent and the lowest was in Bangka Regency with a room occupancy rate of 9.13 percent.
In March 2024, the average length of stay of all guests in star hotels was 1.69 days or an increase of 0.09 days compared to the previous month.
