Abstract

The number of guests staying at star hotels in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in December 2023 was recorded at 53,739 people. This number increased by 7.58 percent compared to the number of guests the previous month, namely 49,954 people. The number of domestic guests recorded an increase (m-to-m) of 7.26 percent and the number of foreign guests recorded an increase (m-to-m) of 50.27 percent.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in December 2023 reached 36.62 percent, down 2.52 points compared to the November 2023 TPK which was recorded at 39.14 percent.
The highest TPK of star hotels by district / city in December 2023 was in Central Bangka Regency at 45.27 percent and the lowest was Bangka Regency with a room occupancy rate of 27.72 percent.
In December 2023, the average length of stay of all guests at star hotels was 1.53 days or decreased by 0.13 days compared to the previous month.
