Abstract

The export value of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in September 2024 was US$180.19 million, a decrease of 18.44 percent compared to August 2024. Compared to the previous year (y on y), the export value increased by 12.81 percent. 
  • Tin exports in September 2024 will reach US$150.54 million. When compared to the previous year (y on y) the value increased by 7.26 percent.
  • Non-tin exports are dominated by animal/vegetable fats and oils (HS 15). In September 2024 the value will be US$16.14 million or 51.76 percent of the total non-tin exports of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province.
  • The import value of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in September 2024 is US$3.74 million. This value increased by 388.17 percent compared to August 2024. 
  • In September 2024, Thailand will be the only country sending goods to the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. 
  • Non-oil and gas imports during January-September 2024 were dominated by ships and floating buildings amounting to US$6.12 million.
