December 2024, Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Belitung Timur Regency will be 0.30 percent

Abstract

In November 2024 there will be annual inflation/year on year (y-on-y) in East Belitung Regency of 0.30 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 103.19.
Annual inflation (y-on-y) occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in the index in several expenditure groups, namely: education group by 15.23 percent; personal care and other services group at 4.20 percent; clothing and footwear group at 3.77 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 2.34 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 2.30 percent; health group at 1.02 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group at 0.59 percent; transportation group at 0.34 percent; and the recreation, sports and culture group at 0.26 percent. On the other hand, the groups that experienced y-on-y deflation or a decline in the index were the food, beverage and tobacco groups by 2.56 percent; and the information, communication and financial services group at 0.04 percent.
The monthly deflation rate/month to month (m-to-m) and calendar inflation rate/year to date (y-to-d) for East Belitung Regency in November 2024 are 0.14 percent and 0.20 percent respectively.
