February 2024 Belitung Timur Regency Inflation year on year (y-on-y) is 0,25 percent

Abstract

In February 2024, year on year (y-on-y) inflation in East Belitung Regency will be 0.25 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 103.48.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in the index in several expenditure groups, namely: clothing and footwear by 7.27 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 3.01 percent; health group at 2.09 percent; transportation group by 0.95 percent; recreation, sports and culture group at 2.59 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 6.19 percent; personal care and other services group amounted to 3.42 percent. On the other hand, the groups that experienced y-on-y deflation or a decline in the index were the food, beverage and tobacco groups by 2.22 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel at 4.81 percent; information, communication and financial services group by 0.05 percent.
The month to month (m-to-m) inflation rate and year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate for East Belitung Regency in February 2024 are 0.19 percent and 0.49 percent respectively.
