June 2024 inflation Year on Year (y-on-y) East Belitung Regency amounting to 1.75 percent

Abstract

In June 2024 there will be year on year (y-on-y) inflation in East Belitung Regency

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in the index in several expenditure groups, namely: food and beverage/restaurant provision group by 5.86 percent; personal care and other services group at 5.71 percent; clothing and footwear group at 3.57 percent; recreation, sports and culture group at 2.59 percent; food, beverage and tobacco group at 1.69 percent; health group at 0.87 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group at 0.39 percent; and the transportation group at 0.32 percent. On the other hand, the groups that experienced y-on-y deflation or a decline in the index were the housing, water, electricity and household fuel groups by 2.13 percent; and the information, communication and financial services group at 0.12 percent. Meanwhile, the education group did not experience a change in the index.
The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate and year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate for East Belitung Regency in June 2024 are 0.62 percent each and 0.64 percent.

In March 2025, East Belitung Regency experienced a year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation rate of 1.33 percent.
